With the idea from his nonno (Italian for grandfather), Paolo Maglia decided to begin a business to share his family’s heritage in Madrid locals & tourists. The first Papizza was opened in 2010 on Gran Via 22.

Now with 6 locations in the center of Madrid and still growing, this small 24 hour pizza parlor is a favorite among late night city owls who are hungry at 4am after partying.

Made with fresh local and imported Italian ingredients, these pizzas are only 2€ a slice and calzones at 3.50-4€. All menu items under 6€! Now also available for delivery.

And for a more French flair, check out their sister location, PaCrepe, serving sweet & salty crepes made to order on Calle Carretas 3.

Follow them on Facebook & Twitter.
