The Kea Vocal Group is a renowned chamber choir made up of 13 singers from the Basque Country founded in 1997. Kea has delegated & given debut performances of several works by young composers in many prestigious festivals in Spain, France, Italy & Sweden.

They will be performing this Sunday, January 29th @ 7:30pm with the Asturian composer Juan José Eslava on the Koto, a traditional Japanese stringed instrument.

Free entrance. Location: Reina Sofía Museum in the Nouvel Building (next to cafeteria).  Early arrival is recommended.

    I went to the Reina Sofia and there was no concert :( was the date or time posted incorrectly? Please let me know if this event hasn’t passed yet. I would love to still see it. Thanks!

      Hello Janet,

      So sorry to hear that. I too attended and nothing. :( I had found the information off the Reina Sofia website and it did say that is was scheduled for Sunday, January 29th @ 7:30pm. There is another concert scheduled again for Monday, February 6th. Expect a blog post about it soon!
