The Arab House organizes the exhibition Gardens of sand. Commercial photography in the Middle East 1859-1905 which brings together more than 80 black and white photographs of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. This is a unique collection that brings the first images of Middle Eastern countries that made European travelers. The exhibition, divided into six geographical sections: Egypt, Arabia, the Holy Land, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey and the Caucasus. Where: Casa Árabe c/ Alcalá 62.
