Angélica is a Michigander who has been living in Chicago for the past 7 years.  She is second year North American Language and Cultural assistant in Madrid aka Auxiliary Teacher.  Since beginning teaching English as a Second Language in 2006, Angélica has had the pleasure to teach in Chicago, Mexico and even Santiago, Chile.  As a new expat in Madrid last year, Angélica was drawn to this blog as her main go to site for all things cheap and free in Madrid: a perfect resource for an auxiliary budget.  Now, a seasoned expat in Madrid, Angélica desires to help out her fellow expats by providing information that intends to make their lives more comfortable and enjoyable in Madrid.  She is passionate about FC Barcelona, enjoying the variety of seafood made available in Spain and documenting her daily life in photos while listening to Spanish radio. Angelica will write about auxiliary life giving tips and inside info to enjoying Madrid as an auxiliary on budget.
