This month until August 30th, improve posture, body aches and rebuild the spiritual balance with this ancient Indian discipline of physical and mental development in the park’s natural environment, surrounded by trees and in good company. 

If you have not ever done it or if you want to practice outside the gym and enjoy the outdoors while doing some exercise, try one of these group classes held at the Retiro Park on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30pm-9pm and on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays same time for a slightly more advanced level.

To participate, bring a mat and a belt or long piece of cloth to help with the stretching. You can register by sending an email to [email protected]
