Einstein and the Dodo at Espada de Madera Theatre

This play and monologue embodies one of the key figures to understand the twentieth century, Albert Einstein.It recreates one  a crucial moment in this world famous scientist´s life.The moment  when he learned that the atomic bomb, that he had helped create, had been used for military purposes in the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.The play  interpretes that in this moment of anxiety,took refuge in his flat and tried to reconnect with his long lost daughter through a recorded message.
In one instance of introspection Eisnten would relate the evolution and extinction of the dodo bird until bringing the fate that occured to parallel scenarios of mankind´s abuse of power and lack of longstanding vision that encompasses everyone.
